The service today
roomvelo is currently an early preview. What it does right now is: a browser-based 3D room editor you can try with a small set of sample products, and a waitlist you can join to be invited when more opens up. That is the whole of the service today.
The service is operated by roomvelo, an independent project based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
What’s not built yet
So there’s no confusion about what you’re agreeing to: photographing a room and getting an AI redesign, matching items to a live Lithuanian retailer catalogue, real prices, and buy-through retailer links are planned but not available. The retailer buttons in the demo are inactive placeholders. These terms will be updated as those features actually ship.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use roomvelo. If you’re using the service on behalf of a company, you warrant that you’re authorised to bind that company to these terms.
Your account
An account isn’t required to try the demo. If you do create one, you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.
You can ask us to delete your account or remove your waitlist email any time by emailing rpreikstaitis@gmail.com. Deletion removes your data from the live database; backups are rotated and overwritten on their next cycle.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service, including automating requests at a rate that impacts other users.
- Resell our outputs as if they were a professional interior-design service.
- Use the service to harass anyone, or - if and when photo or generation features ship - to upload content you have no right to, or to depict real people or sexually-explicit material.
We may suspend or terminate access if you break these rules.
Pricing
roomvelo is free to use during this preview. Daily limits apply to keep the service available - see the Privacy Policy for what we log to enforce them.
We may introduce paid tiers later. If we do, we’ll give you at least 14 days’ notice before any price affects your account.
Affiliate links
roomvelo currently has no affiliate links and no retailer partnerships. The retailer buttons you see in the demo are inactive placeholders and earn us nothing.
If affiliate links are introduced later, we commit now to how they’ll work: we will never mark up retailer prices, every affiliate link will be clearly disclosed, and any commission is paid by the retailer at no extra cost to you. This section will be updated to describe the real arrangement before any such link goes live.
Disclaimers
roomvelo is a design tool, not a licensed interior designer or contractor. When product matching exists, we won’t guarantee that suggested products physically fit your space, match your existing furniture, or remain in stock between a design session and a purchase.
Any AI-generated visuals, when that feature is available, are illustrative; a real delivered product may differ in colour or texture. Once you click through to a retailer, the retailer’s terms govern your purchase, delivery, returns, and warranty.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by Lithuanian law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, roomvelo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, and our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months (or, if you haven’t paid us anything, EUR 50).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Lithuanian or EU consumer-protection law.
Termination
You can stop using roomvelo at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or if we have to shut down the service. If we terminate without cause we’ll give you a chance to export anything you’ve saved first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Vilnius, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to your local jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We’ll update these terms as the product evolves - especially as the planned features above actually ship. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page is authoritative. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-product notice before they take effect.
